A reading from Job 17:9,
“The righteous keep moving forward, and those with clean hands become stronger and stronger.”
Let us pray:
Heavenly and Forgiving Father.
I come to you in prayer today asking for freedom my past mistakes. I know that I cannot undo things that have already taken place in my life. I wish I could, but there’s no way to make it possible. So, I carry with me the guilt and regret resulting from the mistakes and sins I have made in the past.
Also, I know my past mistakes and sins may have offended people, one way or another. That is what makes me feel guilty even though I believe you have forgiven me. I still feel the weight of the consequences of my past actions and choices.
This day, I ask you to set me free from that burden, which I bring and put at your feet. I surrender the way I feel to you. Grant me peace. Help me get out of that state of guilt and regret. Thank you for the freedom I now receive through Christ. I am forgiven. I am free from my past. I am moving forward and will become stronger and stronger through the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Una lectura de Job 17:9,
“Los justos siguen adelante, y los que tienen las manos limpias se vuelven más y más fuertes”.

Padre celestial y quien todo perdona.
Acudo a ti en oración hoy pidiendo libertad de mis errores pasados. Sé que no puedo deshacer las cosas que ya han sucedido en mi vida. Ojalá pudiera, pero no hay manera de hacerlo posible. Por lo tanto, llevo conmigo la culpa y el arrepentimiento résultado de los errores y pecados que he cometido en el pasado.
Además, sé que mis errores y pecados pasados pueden haber ofendido a la gente, de una forma u otra. Eso es lo que me hace sentir culpable aunque creo que me has perdonado. Todavía siento el peso de las consecuencias de mis acciones y elecciones pasadas.
En este día te pido que me liberes de esa carga que traigo y pongo a tus pies. Te entrego lo que siento por ti. Concédeme la paz. Ayúdame a salir de ese estado de culpa y arrepentimiento. Gracias por la libertad que ahora recibo a través de Cristo. Estoy perdonado. Soy libre de mi pasado. Estoy avanzando y seré más y más fuerte a través del poder del Espíritu Santo. Amén.
