About the Guest:Kate Chiang is a Clinical Research Associate and a Medical Student at University College Dublin. She is a TongueOut Youth Ambassador and also a Research and Development Scientist/Co-founder at KARE Biosciences. At KARE Biosciences, she continues to research the therapeutic benefits of Ramatroban, write manuscripts, apply for grants, create graphics, analyze data, run social media, and help with e-mail communications. She has been working to repurpose Ramatroban as an antithrombotic agent and immunomodulator for the treatment of COVID-19, long COVID, sickle cell disease, cancer, kidney disease and more.
