Latasha Pulliam is someone that is called the female John Wayne Gacy. This to most people is not someone you would want to be compared to, associated with....nothing. I am sure that we are all thanking our lucky stars that we dodged the John Wayne Gacy train, but there were over 25 men and adolescents that were not as lucky as we were. The same goes for Shenosha Richards. At just 6 years old, she was brutally murdered by someone she trusted and suffered unmanageable torture by the hands of someone that she trusted.
