Bill & Michele McNaughton of Centereach lost their son, Jimmy, to sniper fire in Iraq 18 years ago. In his memory, a fundraiser is coming up 2/4 at Mulcahy’s Pub & Music Hall in Wantagh, raising money for The Wounded Warrior Project & The Northport PTSD Veterans Association, which Michele says Jimmy would have needed, had he survived the war.
