Description

The perfect companion piece to the Rosamund Pike movie “A Private War” is the even more harrowing documentary “Under The Wire.” It's about one of the greatest foreign correspondents of our time, Oyster Bay’s Marie Colvin, who was killed while covering the bombing of civilians in Syria. Both movies open this weekend. “Under The Wire” director Chris Martin joins me. This doc is one of the best movies I’ve seen all year. Disturbing, intense, really unbelievable.
Then guest host Ken Dashow speaks with Noreen Springstead, Executive Director of WhyHunger. Get involved at whyhunger.org.
