Technically Jesus had a Mega Ministry.
The masses and MULTITUDES followed Him everywhere he went. Had he a building, land and one location they would not have been able to house the people or His followers. Jesus said, "If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me." A Mega church is simply a church with a very large = (mega) membership in regular attendance.
