This week, on The Parents' Solution, I had the opportunity to have a deep conversation with Dr. Traci L. Scheepstra.
Dr. Scheepstra is the CEO and founder of an education-based non-profit called Embodied Learnings. She is an award-winning teacher, and educational researcher, elementary art specialist and a teacher mentor. Traci's work focuses on curriculum, pedagogy and research in the fields of holistic curriculum, experiential learning, arts-based education, indigenous knowledge, safe-school initiatives, and mental health and wellness.
Nowadays, Traci is discussing a new project of creating a school based on student-led learning.
