You may have chosen the perfect tiny habit, tweaked it to be doable and sustainable, and might be ready to implement and incorporate it into your day. But if you do not find a way to remind yourself to do the tiny habit each day at the right time, your intentions will soon go adrift and you will wind up right back at square one. Choosing a prompt can be what makes or breaks your long term success in holding on to your tiny habits. This is such a HUGE part in actually being consistent with the lifestyle changes we are working on.
