Tiny is mighty. Let that sink in.
All too often, in our attempt to change the way we do something, we start far too big and too extreme which becomes unsustainable and sadly, doesn't last. This way of goal setting is extremely defeating, discouraging, deflating and just down right frustrating. But not to fear, there is a better way!
This winter we are going to focus our attention on tiny habits because believe it or not, they are the key to long lasting success. The best way to remain consistent with a new behaviour change that we are trying to implement is to start small. And that is what we're going to do together this round.
There are a myriad of reasons why "tiny" works. And don't worry, we're going to build on those habits week by week and month by month. You will get to your goals in ways you never thought possible. But it starts small. It starts tiny.
