The description: In this episode, we talk to Associate Professor David Boyd, Special Rapporteur for Human Rights and the Environment, about two recent developments in the relationship between human rights and climate change. The first is the UN General Assembly resolution on the right to clean, healthy, and sustainable environment. The second is the recent Torres Strait Islanders decision from the UN Human Rights Committee.
