Today: [Jeremiah 51] Silencing the Voice of Babylon. What is the “great voice” that is heard in the earth today? Jeremiah describes not only the destruction of ancient Babylon, but of a Babylon to come in the end times that would be possessed of a “great voice” that God would silence. Believers both in this chapter of Jeremiah and in the book of Revelation are urged by the Spirit of God to identify and to come out of the Babylon system, to which end we study our chapter today.
