The defending champion Milwaukee Bucks got the job done in the first round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, defeating DeMar DeRozan and the Chicago Bulls 4-2 to advance to the Eastern Confernece Semis. While the Bucks' road ahead is challenging, having to face Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics, the task is even more challenging as Khris Middleton is expected to miss the entire series due to his sprained MCL.
