Growing up as a pastor’s child, Gayle had good and bad experiences in the church. Something inside of her wanted more of the Lord, but she couldn't seem to find Him in her life, leading her to doubt that He cared for her. One particular night, she was sitting in the back of the church her father pastored when she felt pulled to respond to the altar call. In the moments to come, Gayle experienced the manifest presence of God, like nothing she had ever experienced before. A brilliant light, brighter than the sun, threw her to her feet, and she went flat down on her back. God touched her life, calling her into a deeper relationship with Him. In this episode, Gayle shares why His presence is crucial in every believer's life. Without His presence, there would just be religion.
