Through not one but two separate interviews, Michael Mackay's and Robert Stoll's former landlord details the "act of God" it took to get them out of the warehouse she rented to them. She also describes how, if you're a con willing to abuse Florida's rental laws, you can basically live rent free for indefinitely, eluding to the notion that, in addition to scamming the residents of Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, they also allegedly scammed their renters.
