Tony and the five officers continued walking down Main Street when Tony got an idea: he would try to converse with the officers about their signs. That's when it happened. The moment one of the officers approached Tony and said "What rule do you have against hugging?" Before Tony could answer, one of them grabbed him into a giant bear hug and whispered in his ear "I have a rule against hugging strangers."
