Description

True seekers of wisdom use the divine formula; the divine equation of ever knocking and ever asking. Nothing is denied to those ever using the divine formula and equation of proper knocking and proper asking.

The purpose of a catechism is to provide introductory questions to ground the initiate into basic governing ideas about the group. You learn rote responses to these questions, and with greater maturation, the initiate gains greater insight into the philosophy of the group, and the responses of the initiate reveal greater depths of understanding.
Many times arguing results from use of incorrect terminology. The use of incorrect terminology to reach a common understanding often leads to argument and confusion. The use of dictionary definitions to provide insight into culturally-specific ideas and thoughts exacerbates the confusion. This However, patiently talking through the confusions will often lead to the deep cultural well of knowledge that we are so anxious to drink from. Hence, the persistent asking of questions, regardless of how you will be discouraged to do so, will open our minds up to things we would not have considered otherwise.
