Today Dr. Marlene and returning guest, family law attorney George Salley, Esq, are going to discuss a variety of topics that were presented at two family law conferences that Dr. Marlene attended this past week, to include why bias in family law cases on the part of the professionals is not inappropriate; various judges' take on interviewing kids, the pros and cons, and under what circumstances or at what ages judges interview children; and professionals being threatened or intimidated by the parties in a case, and what one state is doing to combat it and protect the professionals who work on behalf of children.
