Lilly is a certified integrative nutrition coach, Holistic Nutrition Chef with a specialization in Chinese Nutritional Therapy. Her latest studies are focused on the microbiome, gut Health and assimilation of nutrients. Lilly is also a 21 year cancer survivor.

She leads nutrition lectures at cancer support centers, hospitals and corporate wellness for companies to support employees' health, energy and productivity.
