Recently the lottery has been on the minds of everyone. The big prize amounts have garnered a lot of attention. One of the purposes of the lottery was to be a method of providing additional funding to public education in various sates. With the large amounts of money that are being injected into the lottery as of late the question becomes, where is the money going?
