David Lampman is an American singer, bar-performer, producer, song-
writer, and worship leader from West Michigan. He writes directly
from the heart, and produces music in hopes of changing the hearts of
the hurting. Using intricate finger-picking, tight melodic hooks and
impactive lyrics, David Lampman has established himself as an
independent recording and performing artist. The acoustic guitar has
been his therapy for many years as he has come out of a background
of mental illness. What has helped is his gift of songwriting which has
resulted in 4 CD's. He currently serves as a worship leader at his home
church, and provides music therapy to residents at an outpatient
mental health treatment center. He has performed at The United States
Coast Guard Festival, Unity Christian Music Festival, as well as many
other churches, bars, and coffee shops. Recently, David has been
reaching to the hip hop culture by performing christian rap shows
connecting listeners to rap music that doesn't promote girls, money,
and power. David also partners with Compassion International
releasing children from poverty in Jesus name.
