Oh man, this one might be a tough one for some of us, but it's time to talk about how some of our behaviors on-line may earn us a bad reputation among vintage resellers. Sticking with the theme of transparency, Here they are:
- Lowballing other resellers
- Canceling / Refunding a buyer after a sale has been finalized
- Price shaming
- Ghosting after putting seller to work answering additial questions
- Being flaky when you have put something on layaway
- Expressing anger when someone resells your item for more
- Hidden (DM) pricing
- Taking other sellers' IP / Reusing photos without permission
Not to make anyone feel vilified or piled on, but lets get these troublesome moves into the sunlight and discuss!
