Launching the RIA provided the experience of hiring and coaching a team, selecting pertinent tech, building internal operations and procedures, refining the client experience, integrating compliance policies into practice, managing the day-to-day of running a business, and much more.
Grace found that helping others launch, run, and grow their businesses is her passion, so she started The COO Insider. She enjoys the unique and wide range of challenges that come with running a business; consequently, her services are broad to account for this.
