In 2007 Stacy Peterson, the 4th wife of a police Sergeant in Illinois, goes missing. Her husband, Drew Peterson, claims she "ran off" with just a bikini and some cash, but this unlikely explanation becomes even more unlikely given the strange circumstances surrounding the death of his 3rd wife Kathleen Savio. Kathleen's death was previously ruled "accidental" but after Drew's most recent wife's disappearance, a new attorney for the State decides to take a fresh look at Kathleen's death, which was now being ruled a homicide.
