Beth Ann is the head coach and founder of Ebb & Flow Integrations, a heart-entered business geared towards shining a light on our darkest stories, creating a launch pad of self-love and acceptance as we come together to celebrate all we have come here to share. With a passion for working with those, like herself, who have overcome addiction and who have navigated experiences with sexual assault and violence - carrying a passion for guiding others to step into their full power, to find their voice, and to claim safety and confidence as the birthright it is to claim.
Beth is a heArtist and visionary, expressing her unique imprint through painting, writing, and exposing her truths through poetry.
She is attuned to Reiki I and II, and a certified Enlifted Coach - utilizing her skillset with energy healing and the Enlifted Coaching Method to bring full force and embodied healing and forward momentum to all who she works with.
