The spiritual growth system is the the 5th critical system for a healthy church. this is really part of assimilation strategy and reproduction. The purpose of this system is have a plan for moving people from being curious spiritually to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus. This is discipleship. Discipleship is intentional and without a plan people will simply be spiritual consumers instead of being full participants in the reign of God.
