Lonnie Baldwin is a well-known drummer throughout the New Jersey area. Lonnie is known for his solid pocket, hard hitting and tastefulness.
Lonnie Baldwin started his professional career by recording on LGR Records recording artist Tamika Summer. Lonnie later then started working with other local artist such Jay Soul, Pastor Robert Johnson and Armageddon, The South Jersey Mass Choir and Pastor Dorian Morgan just to name a few. Lonnie was also the drummer for the 2010 Verizon How Sweet The Sound winners the Sounds of Life.
Being a independent drummer Lonnie has shared the stage with some world renowned artist such as LaShawn Pace, Bebe and CeCe Winans, Ron Winans, Twinkie Clark, Dorenda Clark Cole, Da Truth, Canton Jones, Salt, William McDowell, Vanity and many more. Lonnie also recorded live on the New Jerusalem temple of the living God praise team project titled "The Sound" .He is also on a few tracks on the Cd and iTunes version of "The sound" along with some other great drummers.
Lonnie is currently working along side with World Renowned Producer/keyboardist Johnny Smurf Smith with studio session work and production. Lonnie is currently the drummer for New Jerusalem Temple Of The Living God where he serves as the Drummer and Deacon under the leadership of Apostle Sharon R. Roberson.
