The Secret Apartment is the story of a Vietnam vet who claims to have lived in Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia for years. Some called the multipurpose stadium and its Astro Turf field an embarrassment to the city of Philadelphia. Ohters call it part of their lives. Tom Garvey just called it home. Mike Pomp from the Morning Information Center had a chance to speak with Tom Garvey, who was an employee, turned stowaway at the Phillies/Eagles stadium 40 years ago.
