In this episode, Mike welcomes Nick Becht back on the show for a discussion on the RFK "Make America Healthy Again" initiative. We address certain points in the policy that may be lacking relevant research and also find positive efforts within the campaign. We address specific food ingredients that have some controversy around them and the validity in the concerns in consuming them. We also brainstorm ideas of how to actually make the country a healthier place not just through food, but through our culture, health care system, societal norms, advertising, and mental health.
