One of Hollywood's most underrated figures, Art Mix (real name George Kesterson) appeared in over 200 film shorts and features, many of them westerns. In fact, some small-town exhibitors opted to show cheaper films starring Art Mix if they couldn't afford expensive ones starring the more well known Tom Mix.
