People often use inhalers but in case your condition is not under control even after using inhalers, you are suggested to take medical help as few people may be more sensitive to particular type of triggers than others.
Your emotional trauma is also a trigger for these kind of diseases as whenever you get anxious and give up in situations of life and feel depressed, your body start reacting in a totally different way. First it tries to defend itself from these invaders but when you remain in same emotional state for longer period of time, it develops several diseases.
