We are putting an add up for sales people as we now have an abundance of leads and sustainability for two more sales people. Also Shane and I are keen on spending more time on other aspects of the business instead of being in sales ourselves, to elevate our roles and our skills.
Also thought of a new trick for recruitment, to send all applicants a series of questions to that help truly uncover a persons personality and drive which has worked like a charm. Has saved time, effort and have achieved a much deeper understanding of personality and values of people. We will be implementing this into all of our hires moving forward.
