Shane and I have revamped a commission structure for ourselves which has got us both more motivated to do sales. We’ve also been having steady results with our salesperson on commission only and he’s been excited about the potential with it. We decided to change up the way we pay our employee salesperson aswell and she’s been pumping with joy.
