I feel like I’ve just been mediating for the last 2/3 days that I’ve been reading this book, I strongly recommend reading it no matter what your doing in life. Overall I just feel more for Rota me to be myself in everything, of course to keep working on myself and pay attention to my thoughts as often as I can, and my reactions to events or news in my life, really just any emotions or thoughts, and to be present in reality, not what I want it to be, what it is.
