The Democratic candidate for governor of Ohio visited Chillicothe Wednesday, and Kevin Coleman was there. Nan Whaley focused on her "One Good Jobs Pledge" of $65,000,000 in apprenticeship readiness programs to build broadband, roads, and bridges with Ohio workers.
