According to the AHA, there are 6,129 hospitals in the US. Of those, 220 are a Level 1 Trauma Center, and 77 are Pediatric Level 1. That represents 3.6% and 1.3% of hospitals, respectively. What is it like to work in an organization that is both Level 1 for adults and pediatrics?
