Carrie (she/her) spent over thirteen years dazzling unimpressed middle and high school students with her mastery of the French language. After burning out, she started Empowering educators to engage In whimsical present-moment practices to get people out of their heads so they can live in a place of joy, connection, and fulfillment. Using mindfulness, comedy, and trauma-informed training, Carrie weaves together a unique experience designed to loosen up participants and create opportunities for growth while cultivating deeper connections among personal and professional communities. Carrie aims to use humor, spirituality, and spontaneity to design an unforgettable and empowering event!
