In this episode Sophie discusses happiness in the workplace with Chief Happiness Officer at Happy Coffee Consulting & Co-Lead at The Woohoo Partnership.
Sophie and Sarah discuss why happiness in the workplace so important and how to influence your happiness in the workplace. They also discuss what happiness means to different people and why owning your true authentic self in the workplace is so important.
Sarah views the workplace as a place of mental wellbeing, a place where there should be psychological safety and trust, and a place where you do great work with great people. Failure to have happiness at work can have dire consequences in homelife and health, as well as for the organisations that do not lead happy workplace cultures

Sometimes Sophie & our guests get super passionate about their topic and therefore, some “passionate” language might crop up! You might want to wear headphones or make sure young ears aren’t around, and if this is not your cuppa tea, this might not be the podcast for you.
