Director Jon Watts and writer Chris Ford (Spider-Man: Homecoming) officially announced their next project. It is Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, which takes place after the Empire has fallen. The series is described by Lucasfilm as a "galactic version of classic Amblin coming-of-age adventure films from the 1980s."
