Hal Nunn, Chris Holland and Ruben Castellon are joined by Robb Leandro. Robb is the son of a Vietnam-era Helicopter Pilot raised in Raeford, NC, and central to a decades-long court case between five NC counties and the State Board of Education concerning the constitutional right to a sound basic education.
