Released in 1979, but taking place in the months after the first Rocky, ROCKY II follows Rocky and Adrian as their love blossoms and their lives grow more complicated. Rocky swears off fighting and gets a series of regular jobs. Meanwhile, Apollo deals with the fallout from his controversial split-decision win against Rocky.
