The Michigan Wolverines reach the top of the college football mountain in 2023, winning their first outright national championship since 1948 and their first national title overall since 1997.
But the months after that made it a little tougher for their fans to celebrate the championship, as head coach Jim Harbaugh's long flirtation with the NFL finally ended with him taking the Los Angeles Chargers job, and a wave of talented players departed for the pros as well.
