Description

The number of kickoff returns for touchdowns in college football has nearly been cut in third over the past decade or so. Kick returns are being de-emphasized for a good reason, but it's still taking away one of the most exciting plays in the sport.

So is it too late to save kickoff returns? Or could a possible solution already exist in other football leagues?
