Three days after dropping a heartbreaker at home against No. 1 Purdue, the Ohio State men's basketball team hit the road to face Maryland, but did so without injured Zed Key.

Starting three freshmen, the undersized Buckeyes struggled on the glass and on defense in an 80-73 loss to the Terrapins.
