Brian Tyree Henry and Kate Mara star in Hulu/FX's new series Class of 09. It's a big swing (three parallel narratives, past, present, and future, with the same members of an FBI class) with big themes (how we change with time, AI's role in crime-fighting, what kind of person it takes to be successful in law enforcement) that has come out with little fanfare and mixed reviews. Is it worth watching? I went in with an open mind, and found a lot to like about it, but also some questions. I'd love to know what you think.
