In this episode Ambry and Jesse discuss environments. It stemmed from a conversation Jesse had with another individual who was encouraged to make a dramatic change to his environment. Reality was, he didn't want to move and uproot the life he built. He simply needed a micro change in the way he was living his life.
Sometimes we are pushing the panic button and making a massive change, when ultimately it's the incremental changes that add up to something greater!
