Description

In this episode of the Happy Ass Podcast, Karen Smith talks about her journey towards health and wellness. She shares how she was always intentional about it, but now she wants to be a full-on, full-throttle, and give her life everything it's got while she's here. To achieve this, she is taking help from Dr. Jen Berg, and she encourages everyone to find somebody who can help them too. She emphasizes the need for a leader in everyone's life, and how it's okay to ask for help.

Karen Smith talks about how she's doing what she doesn't want to do to be who she wants to be. With each attempt, each almost, she's getting better. She believes that she will see results on the inside before they show up on the outside. Her mind is strong, and her body is resilient. She never lets what she can't do stop her from what she can do. She repeats this statement and encourages everyone to believe in themselves.

Karen Smith believes that whoever says it cannot be done, should be asked why not? She talks about how the human body is an amazing creation, and so are we. She believes that everyone is designed with a divine purpose, and we need to tap into that. She encourages everyone to just do it, and trust that what they're being told is true. She concludes the episode by sharing a nugget of inspiration from Albert Einstein, "Learning is experience, everything else is just information." She thanks everyone for listening and reminds them to tune in on Monday for Coffee with Happy Ass and Her Friends.Main Takeaways
