October is World Menopause Awareness Months and I therefore want to share this conversation that I had with Keris Marsden on the topic a while back.
Keris is a clinical nutritionist specialising in peri-menopause and menopause. We discuss what symptoms of peri-menopause are, what treatment options are out there and what we can do to nourish ourselves whilst navigating this new stage of our lives.
In addition to being a clinical nutritionist, Keris is also a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and founder of Fitter Food. She has co-authored two successful recipe books and lectures in nutrition. She currently runs a private practice consulting with individuals to help them optimise their long-term health with an integrated approach that incorporates nutrition, physical activity, supplements and mental health support. Her specialist skills include evidence-based treatment for perimenopause/menopause, fertility, PCOS, digestive issues, fatigue, Type 2 diabetes and cancer.
