In the 1990's, there was at least one predator roaming the New Orleans area. During that time, 27 dead women were found scattered around New Orleans and in remote areas that surround the city. To this day, some of the remains haven't been identified and there wasn't anybody charged with the majority of the killings. Questions still linger and the loved ones of those women still wait for answers. Today, Tracie and Brian examine one of the suspects and question just how many of the killings he was responsible for.
