This week, we celebrate the achievements of our Headland Unit Patient Volunteer Team, we stop by the frailty and same day emergency care unit to look at how life on the new ward is helping to improve patients lives, and I pay a visit to the newly relocated discharge lounge to find out what help the team can offer wards across RCHT with discharging patients.
