As the former Executive chef at Michigan State University Kari Magee wore many hats, carried on in many roles. In her new role she is fulfilling a personal dream of owning her own restaurant. 'Veg Head' is going to be a place of great energy and greater food with Kari and her business partner Shawn Elliot pulling this all together.
